A total of 87 Utah student-athletes are set to receive their degrees as part of the University of Utah Commencement on May 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MDT at the Jon M. Huntsman Center, recognizing graduates from Fall 2024, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025. The University's 156th general commencement also can be watched live at 6 p.m. MT on Thursday at commencement.utah.edu/watchlive.
Utah Athletics tied its highest Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in department history this past year, registering a mark of 95-percent in the annual GSR report released in November 2024. That figure ties for the second-highest rate among all power conference public institutions. This is Utah's seventh consecutive year at 93-percent or higher.
