Rosters Announced for Red-White Spring Game

The Utah football coaches held a draft to choose teams for the 13th-annual Red-White game on Saturday, Apr. 23 at noon in Rice-Eccles Stadium (see PDF for printable rosters). Quarterbacking the Red team under the direction of coach Guy Holliday will be junior Brandon Cox, while true freshman Tyler Huntley will call the signals for coach Fred Whittingham Jr.'s White team.
Admission is free to the Red-White game and to the MUSS and Alumni games that precede it at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., respectively. The Red-White game will be televised live on the Pac-12 Networks and will be aired on ESPN700 radio.
Some players will be held out of the game-either due to injury or for precautionary reasons. On the flip side, several offensive linemen and all of the specialists will play for both teams. Those playing for both teams will wear black jerseys. Players who are sidelined will wear jerseys in their team's color.
