NCAA Regional Gymnastics Tickets

The NCAA office has announced the fields for the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Regional Championships and Utah will compete in the NCAA Salt Lake Regional on Saturday, Apr. 7 with Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa State, Arizona State and San Jose State. The top two teams from each of six regionals will advance to the NCAA Championships in Duluth, Ga., April 20-22.
Tickets for the Salt Lake City Regional, which will starts at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 7, are available at UtahUtes.com and by calling 801-581-UTIX (8849).
Nebraska, ranked No. 5 nationally, is the top seed in the Salt Lake Regional, while No. 8-ranked Utah is the second seed. Other ranked teams in the field include No. 17 Minnesota and No. 24 Iowa State. Unranked Arizona State is the fifth seed and San Jose is the region's sixth seed.
Five at-large all-around competitors (who are not on a qualifying team) and three individual event specialists also qualified for the Salt Lake City Regional. The at-large all-arounders are Raquel Willman (Brigham Young), Sarah Landes (Utah State), Paige Jones (Utah State), Rebecca Holliday (Utah State) and Linnaea Hance (Air Force). The event specialists are Natalie Pickard (BYU) on vault and bars, Alyssa Click (Southern Utah) on beam and Krysten Koval (BYU) on floor).
Utah's rotation order, as designated by the NCAA is: bye, floor, vault, bye, bars, beam. Rotating with the Utes will be Utah State at-large all-arounder Sarah Landes.
Utah is making its 37th-consecutive regional appearance and has won 26 regional titles (including 23 of 30 NCAA), while finishing second the other 10 years. Utah will try to extend its record of consecutive national championship invitations to 37 at this year's regional. Utah is the only team to qualify for the last 36 national championships and all 30 NCAA Championships.
