Hey Ute Fans!!
Just dropping in to say hi and update you on our first couple games. We are 2-0 right now. We beat both SMU and Weber State on the road. Janita hit a jumper in the last few seconds against SMU to clinch the win for us. It was an intense game! Every day the team is getting better, and we have learned a lot in our first two games of the season. Since most of us are underclassmen, it has been really important for us to get a couple games under our belt and learn from our mistakes. We are starting to learn how to play together and feed off each other's emotions. I think we are going to be a really fun team to watch this year!
We play Stanford Friday night at 7. I better see ALL of you there cheering us on! You are amazing fans and we need all of your support. See you Friday, and GO UTES!!
