-Weber State's victory snaps an eight-game win streak for the Utes in this series. Utah now leads the all-time series 25-13 (.658), but falls to 9-10 in Ogden.
-Sophomore center David Foster set a new school record for blocks in a game with 10. That mark also ranks fourth all-time in the Mountain West Conference and is the most in a game ever by an MWC sophomore.
-Foster has now blocked at least one shot in all seven games this year and has multiple blocks in five of them. His season total now stands at 27, 11 blocks ahead of the pace set by single-season record-holder, Luke Nevill, who had 16 blocks through seven games in 2008-09. Nevill finished the year with 92 swatted shots. Foster is on a pace for 115.
-Senior forward Kim Tillie recorded the first double-double by a Ute this year and the first of his career. He finished with a career-high 20 points and tied his career-high with 10 rebounds.
-Senior guard Luka Drca's made free throw streak came to an end at 22. After going 4-for-4, he missed his fifth and finished 6-of-8 for the game. He had not missed a free throw in the previous 5 games, setting a new Utah record for made free throws over a five-game span.
-Redshirt freshman guard Chris Hines played a career-high 12 minutes in the game.
-Redshirt freshman guard Marshall Henderson tied his career-high with three made 3-pointers, all in the first half. He finished with those nine points.
-Utah was 9-of-9 from the free throw line in the first half but finished the game 21-of-27.
