Utah at Weber State - Game Notes 
Utah holds a 25-12 (.676) all-time record against Weber State, including a 9-9 record in the Wildcats' home arena. The Runnin' Utes have won the last eight consecutive meetings. In their last matchup, Utah won a 74-64 at home in the Huntsman Center in 2008. The last time they faced off in Ogden, the Utes captured a 72-52 victory. Weber State's last win over Utah came in Salt Lake City by a score of 79-77.
Utah is coming off a split of its Las Vegas Invitational games, including a thrilling 60-58 victory against No. 20 Illinois. In the tournament's championship game, the Utes fell to Oklahoma State, 77-55. Junior forward Jay Watkins (Memphis, Tenn.) and senior guard Luka Drca (Belgrade, Serbia) were named to the LVI All-Tournament team. Watkins averaged 13 points and six rebounds during the two games in Las Vegas, while Drca averaged eight points and three boards per game.
The Wildcats are coming off an 87-70 loss at BYU. Their lone win on the year came against Western State, 89-62, Nov. 24 in Ogden.
Utah's top scorer is junior guard Carlon Brown (Riverside, Calif.), averaging 13.2 points per game to go with 5.7 boards per contest. In the win against No. 20 Illinois, he came one point and one rebound shy of his third career double-double, tallying nine of each. The Utes are led on the glass by Watkins and senior forward Kim Tillie (Cagnes-sur-Mer, France), each averaging 6.0 per game. Drca is the Utes' top assist man, averaging 4.5 helpers per game.
Weber State's top scorer is Damian Lillard, pouring in 19.4 points per game. The Wildcats' top rebounder is Steve Panos, pulling down 5.4 boards per contest, while Lillard also leads them in assists with 2.4 per game.
Utah head coach Jim Boylen is in his third at the helm for and holds a 45-28 (.616) record. Weber State is coached by Randy Rahe, now in his fourth year, with a 58-40 (.592) record.
