Villanova to Compete With Utah, BYU in Don Reddish Relays

SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah swimming and diving team has altered its 2005 schedule so that it will compete against Villanova in the Don Reddish Relays on Thursday, Oct. 13. Villanova was originally scheduled to compete in a dual meet with Utah on Saturday, Oct. 15, but had to be moved to accommodate the Wildcats' travel arrangements.
"We are very happy to include Villanova in the Don Reddish Relays," said head coach Michael Litzinger. "It is a great opportunity for us to see a top-notch team from the East and we are more than willing to make the adjustment for it."
The Don Reddish Relays, originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14, will be moved to Thursday, Oct. 13, and will also include Brigham Young University.
The dual meet originally slated for Saturday, Oct. 15, against Villanova has been cancelled.
The Don Reddish Relays will be the season-opener for Utah and will be held at Ute Natatorium at 6 p.m.
