MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- The final day of competition at the U.S. Nationals had two swimmers representing the Utes. Cody Rempfer finished second in the "C" final of the 200 IM with a time of 2:10.93, which also placed him 18th overall in the event. Sophomore Neringa Statkeviciute failed to make the finals of the 50 free finishing 35th in the preliminary round with a time of 27.26.
As a team, Utah finished 25th with ten points after Evan Castro and Tessa Greegor competed in the 100 breast "B" finals to score points for the Utes. Castro finished second in the "B" final of the 100 breast with a time of 1:05.75, which was good enough to place him 10th overall in the event. Greegor finished sixth in the "B" final of the 100 breast with a mark of 1:13.97, placing her 14th overall.
