Utah Prepares to Host Invitational

Utah's ski team is excited about hosting the University of Utah Invitational to kick off the season in January. "Our venues are going to be a racer's heaven," says head coach Kevin Sweeney. "The courses are going to be meticulously groomed and prepared for the best skiers in the world."
Competition will begin Jan. 4-5, as the Utes host the first half of the competition at Park City. The event will feature top-collegiate Alpine competitors in the slalom and giant slalom events. The second half of the invitational will take place Jan. 15-16 at Soldier Hollow and will be the host of the cross country events.
