SALT LAKE CITY - The women's gymnastics team was the winner in the team grade point average competition at the University of Utah for the 1997-98 school year. The gymnastics team, which placed fourth at the 1998 NCAA Championships, had a cumulative GPA of 3.32. Second was women's skiing (3.29), followed by men's skiing (3.25).
