SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah men's swimming and diving team is 1-3 on the season falling to Cal State Bakersfield in a 111-106 contest today.
Freestyler Johan Nystrom dominated the sprint events winning the 50 and 100 free. Senior Jon Wright won the 200 fly and swam to a second-place finish in the 200 free. Matt Chamberlin won the 500 free and the 200 IM and Stephen Linge was second in the 200 back.
The Ute swimming and diving teams return to the competition lanes on Dec. 11 when they take-on UNLV in Las Vegas, Nev.
